Problems viewing fonts
If you are unable to view dynamic fonts, especially if you cannot view fonts that you were able to view in the past, clear the browser's cache. You can perform this operation without having to restart your browser. For instructions, choose one of the following:
1.Clear the browser cache in Netscape Navigator
2.Clear the browser cache in Internet Explorer

(Windows or MacOS) You can force Netscape to refresh a single page regardless of what is stored in the cache. Hold down the Shift key (Windows) or the Option key (MacOS) and click Reload. To clear the entire cache, follow this procedure. 1.Choose Edit > Preferences. Netscape displays the Preferences dialog box. 2.Under

click
Advanced, then click
Cache. 3.Click Clear Memory Cache and click OK . 4.Click Clear Disk Cache and click OK . 5.Click OK to close the dialog box, and then click Reload on the toolbar to reload the page. |

Delete Files and

OK. 3.Click Clear History and click OK. 4.Click OK to close the dialog box. 5.Hold down the SHIFT key and click Refresh on the toolbar to reload the page. |
